Strawberry Picnic is all about jewellery that is fun and easy to wear! It started in early 2020 when I (Laura) began to learn how to weave with teeny tiny glass beads. My roots are in traditional loom weaving with yarn on a much larger scale, so this was a big change for me. As the months went on and my love for this new art grew, Strawberry Picnic was born! Each earring design revolves around colour and how it interacts to create funky, eye-catching pieces of art for your ears! Inspiration comes from my own paintings and drawings which evoke a playful, dreamlike quality. Creating something that is easy to wear is also very important in the Strawberry Picnic brand. All of my jewellery is super lightweight so you can get your groove on on the dancefloor, without your ears being weighed down. The biggest aim for Strawberry Picnic is to bring pops of fun and colour into our everyday lives!
