This zero waste project all began when I decided not to throw away the luminous yet hazardous Nespresso pods and use them for arts and crafts instead. At that time, I didn't know exactly what I would be making but months went by and I became addicted to creating jewellery from them. The necklaces are 100% up-cycled as the strings are made from recycled plastic bags. I make earrings too. I am passionate about re-using and re-designing materials in order to create another purpose and avoid ending up in landfills. I have a strong desire to help spread this message through the creation of my jewellery.
