Hey! I'm Connie, founder and creator at Connie's World. Welcome to my woderful perfect world of embroidered goods! I specialise in totally unique and detailed embroidered clothing, and design and embroider all my pieces in my home studio in Birmingham (UK). Everything is made to order with love especially for you using sustainable and ethical clothing, so please give me a week or two after you've placed your order for me to make it for you before it's posted <3>
I studied Textile Design and university and specialised in embroidery after I realised quite quickly that is was my calling. Lint & Thread begin back in 2017 when I realised that if I was going to do my dream job in a city like Birmingham where embroidery jobs are non existent, I was going to have to make my own! I take inspiration mainly from nature, and often like to add my own twist of uniqueness, be it pairing unconventional motifs together, or repeating in various colour for a fun, ombre effect.
